You can access your email account via the webmail facility installed on your web domain. To access this type your domain name and add /webmail/ to the end. (for example; www.one2web.co.uk/webmail ). You will be presented with a security login box on your browser. Enter your full email address and your email password.
Once logged in, you will be able to access your mail via one of the popular email web applications such as Horde or SquirrelMail.
If you cannot remember your password, please use our support centre to request that it be reset
Your mailbox password can be changed via your webmail options screen as displayed above. Click on the "Change Password" icon.
When accessing your mailbox via the Web (as described above), click on the "Auto Responders" option, and follow the instructions displayed. Forwarders allow you to send a copy of all mail from one email address to another. For example, if you have two different email accounts joe@domain.com and joseph@domain.com, you could forward joe@domain.com to joseph@domain.com so you do not need to check both accounts. You can also forward mail to external email accounts such as Gmail, Hotmail etc
When accessing your mailbox via the Web (as described above), click on the "Auto Responders" option, and follow the instructions displayed. You can set the Subject of your automated reply, and the message body. If you have experience of HTML, your reply can be in HTML code format.
If you wish to view your email on Outlook, Outlook Express®, or Mac Mail, you can use this automatic configuration tool to amend your settings.
